Privacy Policy

J-SCC (the "Program Office") processes applicants' personal data as follows, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

1. What we collect and how

Through the application form (Google Forms): name, affiliation, email, fields of interest and your message.

2. Purpose

Course and program guidance, applicant selection and responding to inquiries only.

3. Retention

Until one year after the project ends (planned for February 2030), then deleted without delay. Deleted immediately on request.

4. Third parties and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. The form and its responses are hosted on Google Forms and Google Sheets (Google LLC); access is limited to Program Office staff.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at the contact below.

7. Website logs

This site has no sign-up and no cookie-based tracking. Access logs of the hosting service (GitHub Pages) follow that service's policy.
