Curriculum
The regular curriculum stays as it is. On top of it we run extracurricular courses in four stages: online theory basics, foundation labs, Practical I, and Practical II with guest lectures. The theory basics are open to anyone; the labs cover devices and process, circuits, systems, and test and measurement in balance.
① Device design & process
TCAD device design, device characteristics, hands-on with part of the front-end
② Circuit design & fabrication
Analog, mixed-signal and RF circuit design, layout, tape-out
③ System design
Verilog · FPGA · RISC-V · SoC
④ Test & measurement
Instruments, chip probing, packaging practice, module build
Open access in practice — design courses on open PDKs and open-source EDA tools, hands-on sessions with process equipment, entry courses with Arduino and FPGA boards, and online theory courses open to anyone (from 2027)
