The kick-off meeting with partner institutions took place on 28 July in Building 2 of the College of Engineering, Jeju National University. Representatives of Jeju National University, Jeju Technopark, Jeju Semiconductor Corp., Meta C&I Co. (online), Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and ETRI attended.

The program outline and the first-year plan were presented, followed by a discussion of each institution's role and how the Working Group will operate. Preparations for the first foundation courses in December will proceed on that basis.
